With fresh and soft meat and ingredients, this recipe tastes like something from top french restaurant. The contrast between the sweet and savory adds a whole new dimension to the meal. Amaze your guests and perhaps replace that turkey with this great platter this Thanksgiving.

4 STARS: This is an interesting dish, comprised of only vegetarian elements; however, that in no way impairs the taste of the dish. It is earthy but also invigorating, and an ingenius way to get your kids to eat their vegetables! The cheese is a much needed element that really pulls the dish together and unifies the various elements in the dish. A warning, however, that due to the complexity of the dish, one star was taken off.

5 STARS: Another five star plat principal! This was a great recipe that combined pork and bacon, in a wholesome and unified dish. The blue cheese and chives are almost magical on the taste buds when introduced into the pork. This is certainly an rejuvenating alternate to the classic pork chops.
